In the event of purchasing a set, the customer must return all products in the set, and they cannot be returned partially, provided that all products are in their original condition.
The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of a return or exchange. The shipment is delivered by the shipping company.
The refund of the order value depends on the payment method in the order. The refund process takes from 3 to 9 working days according to the policy of each bank.
Opened products cannot be returned or replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect. Please note that products that cannot be replaced or returned are all those that violate or deviate from the warranty terms such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural condition).
