1. What is Tabby?

2. How can I use Tabby?
There is no need to pre-register with Tabby. Once you choose to pay via Tabby when shopping with one of the stores that offer payment via Tabby, the steps to complete the purchase will appear for you. When you complete your first purchase with Tabby, we will automatically create an account for you linked to your phone number.
3. Is there a specific age to use Tabby?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older.
4. Why do I need an ID card to register with Tabby?
When you register for the first time, your identity is verified to ensure that your payment and purchase data is not misused by any unauthorized person. Rest assured, Tabby follows the highest security standards to collect and store your information in a safe manner.
5. What are the fees for using Tabby?
Tabby serves you without any interest or added fees as long as you commit to paying on time.
6. Why was my request for payment via Tabby not accepted?
Your request for payment may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
a. You have not confirmed your identity
B. You forgot to fill out an important field, such as your full receiving address
C. Failure to make your previous payments

8. How do I know the payment due date?
You have 14 days to pay after purchasing, and we will remind you of the payment dates via email and text messages. You can check all your payments due from your Tabby account.
9. I was charged a payment and I have not received my purchases!
You don't care! Contact us from here and tell us about the problem. Our team will adjust your account and you will not need to pay until the issue is resolved.
10. Is there a late fee? What happens if I miss the payment date?
Tabby's mission is to make it easier for you to manage your money and spend it responsibly. Therefore, we make sure to remind you of the due dates for making payments. If you are late with your payment, you will not be able to shop through Tabby until you have paid the amount.
As for late fees, if you are late in paying by one day, the fee will be 15 SAR/AED, and if you are late by two weeks, the fee will be increased by 30 SAR/AED, and if you are more than 4 weeks late from the initial due date, the fee will be increased. The fee is 60 SAR/AED
Late fees will not depend on the purchase amount, and the maximum late fees are set at 40% of the initial purchase amount, but we prefer if you make all your payments as soon as possible.
11. Why is my account balance closed?
Sometimes you will not be able to shop through Tabby due to one of the following conditions:
If you choose to pay with Tabby and have not made the previous due payment. Once you pay the due payment for your first shopping transaction with Tabby, you will be able to open your credit limit and shop without exceeding it.
If you have a credit limit that is only enough to cover the value of your purchases.
12. How do I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases at any time before the due date. Simply log in to your Tabby account and pay the amount in a secure way. Rest assured, Tabby follows safe and secure communications methods that are protected by the latest security protocols in this field.
13. Are amounts automatically deducted from my card when the payment is due?
Yes, if you pay via credit card (Visa/MasterCard). If you pay via Mada card, we will send you a text message before the payment date so that you can pay through your Tabby account.
Refunds and returns
14. I did not receive my purchases, what is the solution?
If you do not receive the order, contact the store from which you purchased it, because Tabby has no role in delivering the order. If you cannot contact the store, contact us and we will help you.
15. What happens if I decide to cancel or return my order?
Cancellation or return will be in accordance with the policy of the store you dealt with. If you decide to cancel or return your order, contact the store directly. You will be required to make the payment until the store contacts us and informs us of the cancellation. Any amount you paid through Tabby will be able to be refunded if the store agrees to the return.
16. How can I recover any amount from Tabby?
Contact the store you purchased from and they will inform you if you can return the product and get a refund based on their return policy. If the store agrees to return the product, it will appear in your Tabby account as soon as the store notifies us. This process usually takes two business days.
If you wish to return the product and you have not paid for it, we will deduct the amount of the returned product from your next payments.
If you paid for the product you want to return, the amount will be returned to you directly to the credit card or bank card you used for payment.
17. Where did I get the refund option on my Tabby account?
After the store agrees to return the product, the status of the refund will appear in your account on Tabby. To check the recovery status, follow these steps:

If you do not receive a refund procedure, which you are supposed to receive in your account balance within 3 to 4 business days, contact us and we will help you.
18. What is the meaning of the amount in my account on Tabby?
If you find money in your account on Tabby, it will be for one of the following reasons:
You paid an amount greater than the value of your purchase.
You paid for your order and then returned some or all of your purchases.
19. How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or return the order, contact the store you purchased from and the amount you paid will be returned to you.
